General Guidelines To Parents / guardians

Parents are requested not to enter the class rooms to see their children or teachers during class hours without prior permission of the Principal.

Parents are requested to spend quality time with their children for better progress in their studies.

Parents are requested to inform school office if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers on priority.

Leave for half day should be avoided. In case of any emergency written permission must be taken from the Principal and respective class teacher.

Parents attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of the teacher or school in the presence of their child should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the students to loose respect for their teachers with the consequent failure to learn from them and retarding to their progress.

If there is any legitimate complain please meet the Principal at the earliest or write to him in confidence so that the complain can be personally verified by the Principal.

Any communication made by parents/guardian should be addressed to the Principal through the Class teacher and all correspondence from the school to the parents will be made by the Principal.

Parents should sign the progress report and return it to the class teacher.

The name, class, section and house of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the student eg. jerseys, socks, shoes etc.

Parents are requested to co-operate with school in its attempt to help their child in progress and discipline and take interest in their child's studies and other instructions. They are advised to check the bag of their ward to see if any circular/notice/invitation etc. has been issued or not regularly.

Care must be taken of all school property and if any damages found, it will be compensated by the student, with a fine equivalent to double the cost of the property.

It is advisable for the Parents to meet the respective class teachers to know their ward’s progress and concerns (if any).

Parents of children (Nursery to Grade Vlll) are requested to personally see off and receive their ward at bus stops.

Parents must consult the school calendar, date sheets and other circulars, before making enquiries over phone. 15. Even if the students are admitted later during the term, annual fees for the whole academic session will be charged along with the quarterly fees for the remaining period. 16. Parents are requested to deposit the fees on time. Parents must keep all fee receipt with them and should produce when required.

Parents and guardians are requested to read and explain the school rules to their wards.

Parents are requested to be very sure that their ward should avoid watching television for longer time. They should be aware about the places where their child goes. Parents should monitor the child when he is surfing on internet.

Parents should take care that child goes to school on time and is appropriately dressed always. 20. Parents should co-operate and take interest in the work of the child and encourage him/her to achieve high personal standards. 21. Parents should not allow their wards to take any kind of electronic gadgets and costly items to the school without written permission.

Rules Concerning Absence & Leave

Attendance of students on all working days is mandatory.

Absence due to inevitable circumstances will be accepted only through a written leave application by the parents.

Leave on medical grounds must be supported by a Medical Certificate properly signed by a doctor along with fitness certificate upon joining the school.

Student can be asked to leave the school for indiscipline, irregularity in attendance, defame of school property, non-payment of school dues, unauthorized absence from school for more than six days, unsatisfactory progress in studies and repeated detention in the class.
